This is my fantastic Victoria Sovereign boutique guitar amp head. I bought this from Victoria (via Charlie Chandler's Guitar Experience) in 2003 and it's the only UK version ever made. Although Victoria are better known for their Fender Tweed replicas this was their take on a Plexi-style amp and it's a really great amp - very touch responsive. It features a master gain control which dials in an EF86 valve into the preamp circuit which gives more gain without the sometimes mushy tone that you can get with master volume amps. It's very loud with tons of bass response and works equally well with single coils and humbuckers. It's got hi and lo inputs so you can run pedals in front with no issues. My amp tech Phil Gowers at Pacific in Birmingham has described it as the best amp he's ever played.
